About John A. Wagner

While studying Criminology and Political Science at Florida State University, I realized that I was thoroughly interested in the law. That interest took me across the country to San Diego, California, where I attended California Western School of Law. Upon graduation and passing the California Bar Examination, I made my way back to Florida where I too sat for and passed the Florida Bar Examination.

I started my career as a litigator, representing major insurance companies in a wide variety of legal matters, ranging from property insurance, to construction defect and third-party liability claims. While I enjoyed those areas of law, I wanted to represent individuals instead of large corporations, so I joined very reputable Consumer Protection Law Firm.

Here I rose quickly to become a Junior Partner, representing a large portfolio of clients in many areas of law, including but not limited to all things real estate representing clients in a wide range of real estate matters from Landlord/Tenant cases, Foreclosure cases, and Homeowners Association matters.

Thereafter, I chose to form The Law Office of John A. Wagner, PLLC as a way to focus directly on the exact real estate legal issues that I am passionate about. Here at the Law Office of John A. Wagner, we have the goal of providing affordable legal services in a transparent manner, while communicating with my clients to show them how we effectively utilize our knowledge and experience to remedy their legal issues.
