John is great. I hired him to deal with a tenant eviction. He is straight forward and to the point. He answered my emails and returned my phone calls promptly. His attention to detail and personal attention was worth every penny.

John was a steady, clear voice throughout. From the beginning, it was obvious he really knows this area of law- foreclosure, eviction, property disputes- he’s not just competent, he’s sharp and strategic. But what sets him apart is how human he is in how he practices. He answered every question I had with patience (and there were many), and he always took the time to explain not just the legal steps, but the why behind them.

What I appreciate most is his honesty. He told me the truth- even when it meant saying something probably wasn’t worth pursuing. Another attorney could’ve just billed me and dragged things out, but he didn’t.  I trust him completely and wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again.

I cannot say enough good things about John! He was an absolute lifesaver when we had to evict our problem tenants. I was immediately impressed with his kindness, attentiveness, and generosity with his free consultation (with every other law firm, I was met with rudeness or they didn't even bother to return my call). He was extremely knowledgeable and gave us plenty of information about even hypothetical situations so we could be prepared for anything. I was SO thankful with his prompt communication; he even took our calls and responded to emails after business hours when time sensitive issues arose. I'm not sure what those old negative reviews about his communication are because we never had to go longer than a few hours before hearing back from him, so I would encourage anyone reading this to ignore that. I pray that we never need his services again, but if we do, we won’t hesitate to call him!
